Just as I stated yesterday about a small cap. Fund Mang. putting in a large limit order to buy.

Theory: Could have been an Institutional Investor that put in a limit order to buy 45 some odd million shares for the long term position of a portfolio and the Market Maker went out and dumped some shares and picked some up at .0003 to fill the order at .0004.

My guess is as good as yours.
