URGP is a stock i threw some money at after reading their SEC filings over the past few weeks (VLTS was the shell) regarding their r/m. Nobody else picked it up on iHUB and i just decided to grab some shares and stay quiet until the name change became effective. The stock has not yet settled and they may be bringing it up to a dollar. My avg price is .11 - Check out DD on Urigen (not included here), that may give u a better idea where URGP is headed.
