believe it or not, HG actually told me the truth once. I know you have heard this one, but I can't resist recounting it.
From the moment that HG was anointed CEO by Mast, the share price eroded week-after-week, month-after-month. By October 2006, after a protracted period of silence, I called HG and stated that I felt the lack of news was part of the cause of the deteriorating pps and he needed to release some news to halt the slide. HG said, "I understand and I will be releasing three 8K's either this afternoon or tomorrow morning."
"Great," I thought, "this is exactly was is needed." I thanked George and waited for the 8K's. True to his word, George released the 8K's that afternoon. Here they are from October 12th:
1. On October 11, 2006 Keith McNeely was promoted to Vice President of sales for HydroFlo Inc. by George A. Moore III President and CEO of HydroFlo Inc.
2. On October 11, 2006 Bill Dobo, and James Kelly CPA were appointed as members of the HydroFlo Inc Board of Directors. The one year appointment by George A. Moore III President and CEO of HydroFlo Inc will convert to a three year term after approval by the stock holders during the 10/27/06 stockholders meeting.
3. On October 11, 2006 Deanna S. Britt was promoted to Executive Vice President of HydroFlo Inc. by George A. Moore III President and CEO of HydroFlo Inc.
I was absolutely stunned and didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
