jjgarcia CMF is strong but you can't base your analysis only on one technical tool. If you look at RSI and MACD and 20&50 day moving averages you will notice that all of them are pointing down. This is like asking 4 experts for their opinion on the stock and only one says Buy and the other three say Sell - well based only on this you can't make conclusion since there is disagreement.

Stock always reflects its underlying financial strength over a long term, meaning it will eventually come back to mirror the financils (future and present). I guess this is much stronger buying argument than the technicals at this point. (just personal opinion)
