I doubt it will have much effect. As noted, this is where the 'gamblers' hang out, not the 'investors'! Seriously, my guess is that a majority of those who 'play' the pinks are flippers and day-traders; they don't give a bleep if a stock is a scam as long as they can (or at least believe they can) get in and out and not be stuck holding the bag.
