I think it would be counterproductive for HISC to sell at this level. The damage to the float which they know is bad and they want to correct would far outweigh the cash in hand from sales of shares.
No i believe it is flippers plain and simple.
From my talks with Lynx and others it would hurt HISC more than help to sell at this level.
