Some banks in the subprime mess will probably go under. I am watching some properties and the owners still have hope if they do not get forclosed. Interest rates are the key to me buying anytime soon. I have a good credit score and will have no trouble getting credit. But anyone buying now will be upside down when the real crunch comes.
