Just got off phone with New CEO James Daniels.

Like yesterday he could not give any information that would be considered privileged. He is also very busy and agreed that one person can call him on his cell phone.

He said when he is able to update us he will. Until then he can't say much.

This we do know: We have a new personable and amicable CEO - a new company - and news to come out when everything is ready to go.

Basically said that what ever shares have been issued into the market are what is supposed to be in the market.
