This company may have good news and be a very good investment for us all but they have shot themselves in the foot by not following the preferred path in operations and reporting.

It will take some very GOOD news today to offset the poor rating. This company needs to do some serious homework. It's not at all impossible to translate the current rating into a fair or good rating but they need to perform some required tasks and report those to the PinkSheets.

...and they need to get to work on that NOW.
