Filings...
I'm having a hard time locating filings these days...
I've spent a while tonight looking around and OTCBB site
no longer gives me them...Edgar wants --200-- bucks a
YEAR to look at them. Yahoo doesn't LIST them ALL...I've
been burned counting on them before...????
Is there a FEE FREE and ACCURATE source of SEC filings ?
You would THINK that ACCESS to PUBLIC records SHOULD be
FREE...but it looks like yet ANTOHER site paid for
with tax dollars has been outsourced ???
My broker, Schwab, doesn't even have them anywhere.

Kinda hard getting back into the saddle...lots has
changed but other things that I THOUGHT would have
changed are JUST THE SAME...looks like the Nekid
shorters are still having a field day, totally
supported by the SEC. BUT, the MM'S can SHORT
on ANY tick now...I'm not sure WHAT that's going
to do to the Lll info...it' looks like the
technical stuff is all that matters here and we
all know how easily that is manipulated....

PS...I'm still pretty much in the third world here.
I didn't lose EVERYthing in the storm...but I lost
EVERYTHING ELSE ! Home on the bayou, just off the
beach, gone...all the rentals...gone. If I hadn't
bought this 150yr old farmhouse from my family years
ago..I'd be sleeping in a fema trailer with everyone else.
I've been working off of a laptop for nearly two
years on a DIAL up line that ran down the ditch,
every time someone parked their car, I'd be out of
service for a week or two...heehheh...I finally
broke down and bought a dish but have to BUY
bandwidth...it's all I can do to keep my trading
program turned on at Schwab, I don't DARE download any
pictures or big files, I can't trade for 24 hours
and have to go to the LIBRARY to check my positions !
