If everyone of us shareholders came together and filed a class action suit (legal guidance) the DTC and Brokerages for damages we might get somewhere instead of waiting and depending on TM to not only do the right thing but keep up the fight. I seriouly think if all of us would unify something great would happen. This would have to be one whole concerted effort!
