I am thinking the same thing as well.
I think the mommentum factor
for August is a stretch because they have been imo hinting that things will take a bit longer than rumored. In the end, I think this merger will go through, but I think we aren't going to see it happen in September. Of course this is just my opinion. If it happens sooner - great. GLTA
