Good Afternoon,

Well we got a nice PR today..Finally! The company's goal of raising $1 million through a private equity offering has been met and completed.

Now you ask? Why haven't we moved.. A couple of reasons of which,today is the end of the month for Market Makers to balance out and there is covering going on as noted with many .0005 trades...Also,holders that weren't really pleased with the news,are still hanging on,but have partial sells in at .0005 and .0006 giving themselves 100% on their buys from .0003..MMs know there are many bottom feeders and would like for these folks to cash in..Notice the brief .0004 today..Headfake!! There are sellers at .0005 and buyers,making this process for the MMs not giving sellers their .0006..

This is impatience among the bottom feeders sitting to sell at .0006 and not getting fills, so they jockey it back and forth on the .0005 and getting some fills.

Keep in mind there are quite a few holding millions of shares from buys at the bottom...Our next stop north will be at .001 and probably a stall..As shown,we have been churning here for days while many been acquiring...Folks that bought here at .0005 and .0006 will exit at .001..This is the nature of the pinks..It's not what you want,but what you would be comfortable with when taking profits.. 100% is hard to pass up and that is exactly what the bottom feeders are doing..They have a dilemma and it showed with today's trading on the PR..Very mixed emotions and indecisions..

You also have many fence sitters that are waiting for the share structure and depending on the actual numbers,it could have a great impact on what comes next with respect to share price.

It would not surprise me now that the fins could come after hours once the tally of the share structure has been delivered, being the end of the month makes this very timely.

So hang in there and if you have acquired at .0003 - .0004 taking profits is smart trading..
