I'm sure there was more than 1 but the damn stock changed names so often I can remember when and under what name they happened.

Residential Properties, Inc. ((OTCBB:NRES.OB);formerly (OTCBB:NRPI.OB)) President and CEO Richard Astrom announced today that "the Board of Directors of NRES met and unanimously approved a forward split of the Company's Common Stock.
