i guess I just dont buy that, I have seen many companies being bought out or merged and they dont stop talking about daily news that they would have before the merger buyout talks started. why would the people involved tell them to stop informing investors. sure maybe they cant talk about the merger/buyout, but info about the operations of tfn should be fine.
