although I agree with many of your points re the lawsuit, I see they are trying to deal you some blows over on the other board.

I skimmed the filing myself and came to many of the same conclusions as you, but you have to understand that this is not about making an investment anymore. It is about tilting at windmills.

Personally, I think there was a whole lotta COI when it came to Scher et.al., but Gold made it too easy for them in all the ways already described.
