FNSR cut

Leaves room for those maybe 25 upgrades coming down the line (across the wolves).... <g>

10:30 ET FNSR cut to Hold from Buy at Amtech 3.95 -0.18: Amtech downgrades Finisar to Hold from Buy after check's with industry and channel sources indicate: (1) the current JanQ is back-end loaded, (2) there is no improvement in the aggressive pricing environment, and (3) FNSR is not taking enough steps to improve its cost structure, made even more difficult by aggressive pricing and continued pressure to invest in R&D and SG&A. Stock is also being removed from AmTech's Focus List.
