This is true Imperial. Every company that grows has its growing pains and needs to learn and hire to manage the growth. I haven't worked for a single company that has mastered growth (or shrinking) perfectly. You hope they learn from mistakes and move forward.

Like you said, we will cross that bridge when we get to it.
