He is repeating the SAME thing he did before. He is diluting this to death, and will do so for as long as he can. When he is done, he will do another Reverse Split like he JUST did a few months ago. (He said he would NOT dilute, if you read the IBOX comments from Felix. He is a LIAR.)

Stay as FAR the heck away from this as possible.
