Thank you for a reasoned response, as opposed to a blind personal attack.

I agree that the dilution could have been a lot worse, just like the dumping. And the A/S is almost used up, or appears to be, limiting the potential for further damage of that type.

Management has offered no explanation for their adjustments to the share structure. It may be that some of the factors you mentioned came into play. We weren't told. And there is no requirement for management to withhold such critical information from its stockholders. The fact that a company's stock trades on the pinks does not preclude it from being just as stringent in its reporting to shareholders its rationale for changes in share structure as any Fortune 500 company. Being a pink simply enables them to operate with stockholders being given only what information management chooses to share. In fact, Michelle could report to us every bit of financial information she has on a day to day basis, if she so chose. Of course, I don't expect that type of transparency. But we shouldn't have to be calling the TA all the time, either, just to find out what the OS is today, and we shouldn't be worried that management will dump fresh free-trading shares into the float without warning or explanation, either, as they apparently have done not only once, as I described, but twice, according to your post.

But that's life in the pinks, and a good reason to be skeptical of any stories coming from pinky management. One has to pay close attention to what's NOT being said, and be watching for patterns to develop, especially a pattern of management saying one thing while doing another--especially if what they're doing clobbers the PPS and dilutes the float.

But still, you're right. It could be worse. I'm still interested in buying again, if the price gets attractive enough. After the market's reaction to today's news, I'm thinking I might get offered an opportunity.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
