Par: sorry yes I left some detail out here is the rest as I interpreted it.

*Richard seemed to feel that the PR firm, for what MKGP was getting out of it with very limited use, was not the best use of $ and share resources. He said he will continue to communicate with shareholders, but implied that can be done without a PR firm, currently at least. When he was doing a lot of PRs it took a lot of his time and that is when he thought it best to use a firm.

*I asked him about the OTC QX and he said that is not a current concern and indicated that when they were ready they would skip that step to move up on exchanges ( not near term though)

*I think these summer months are slow, as with most every stock.
Fourth quarter imo will change that pace a lot as MKGP looks agressively for investors for the West Va operations.

*Richard implied that we are creeping along now in a positive direction, but that 4th quarter's pace, due to investor packages being out, consequently potentially new drilling $$ as a result, should pick up the pace considerably since drilling then increases more as you .

He said he has no desire to dilute so they rely on investor funds and operations generated monies.

I think the SP tells a lot about that, no hype just attention to detail.
