Could be and it sure would be nice, but if they purchase most of the shares directly from the company, they could purchase the remaining shares over about a month or two or at the very least "soon". lol

"What if" the actual trading float indicated at 815 million was correct adn that leaves almost a billion for the company to sell outright to "the partner(s)".

Just too many avenues to go down right now.
