Sad thing is how ridiculous the original suit was in the first place. Zero hard facts or contracts to back up Daic's claims. Would have been thrown out if CLYW even showed up but Daic's thugs threatened them out of it. Now he's trying to stall any way he can but the jigs up. Judge was very forceful about getting depositions done - "given the background in the case, we'll do them via video conference if we have to".
