I think the company is done. Please feel free to disgree.

With the statement from the company that there are no significent revenues, who would want to put their money into this company to revive it. Given no one comes up in the next few weeks, spike will be forced to announce that the show has prematurely ended due to the RRGI unable to continue with the show.

Once spike announces that a number of people like contestants, people that have no got paid etc and investors may take legal action. This is just one possible scenario.

Not sure if this is the way it could go. But this is a possiblity. Just my thoughts. Like to hear what others think.
