Oh, by the way the above is called a link. This allows people to see for themselves instead of just believing what some posters want. You might want to try using links to back up you assertions. Of course that would mean a little work and reading.

The point is that there are a ton of stocks "Quoted" on the Pink Sheet quotation service that have not done any disclosure at all.

Here's one with no disclosure at all yet quoted.

Last filing shows a REGDEX in 2004.

PNMS has done more disclosure.

None of this really matters, it just show your bias and inability to look at any positives, here.
