rr - only pesky if you allow them to be - EDIG is not at this time in a position to demand the best of financing terms - getting the $$ is more important - the rest as usually happens will fall in to place if EDIG succeeds - if they don't it will not be the converts causing the failure - I recall some thinking that EDIG should raise $$ using debt rather than equity - lot of defunct co's out there as a result of debt - sonic blue comes to mind
