Management has been focused on corporate developments within China, and working on a major transaction that is time sensitive and that could conceivably supersede the value of our classification as a Pink Checkmark Company.

First he says 2-3 weeks then later several weeks. Hmmmm....Maybe if the above comes true it will be several weeks, because they'll drop the pink listing and work on the uplisting. JMO
