An "agreement" with MySpace is not necessary or required. The reason is that MySpace is just like the name indicates. When I utilize the web-estate (like real estate, except it's in webland) of MySpace, it *becomes* MY (read, "this is mine") Space. My little corner of MySpace is mine and I can put whatever I want into it for my pleasure and for the pleasure of my friends/visitors. (Well, I don't personally use MySpace but my some of my grandchildren do.)

Now, with Hypster, Michael has simply utilized the technology provided by MySpace, which allows the integration of outside routines to seamlessly "integrate" into the MySpace environment used by all MySpace users. People can place the Hypster footprint right on their webpage. Legal and easy to do.
