Aug 1rst is this coming, Wednesday (3 days).... you would think that those who want a; check mark, or even a yeild sign, they would have already filed what they are going to file with the sec to get such a mark.... it then should show up in the Edgar's right? and if so....I've seen NO files on any of my tickers this one included... they all could be waiting until monday, but one would think that thats cutting it a tad close... any ideas what type of financials are need to get the check mark, and what limited info is need'd to rcv the yellow yeild sign? TIA!!!

I also think thats why the additional mnth or so to get pinky's prepaired to file and what not!
