It would be much easier to evaluate if names and contracts were divulged. I don't understand why the other entities are not being named (and I really don't want to speculate as most of the reasons that I would come up with would probably not be very positive). If the deals are not yet finalized, then don't put out a PR until they are and more complete information can be given. Putting out a PR like this that does not include 'additional' information just leads to speculation and rumour (and given PBLS' history, probably of the negative type), gives the market a legitimate reason to run the price up or down and once again, allows a sense that 'all is not as it seems' to hang over PBLS. MOSO
