I won't suggest what anyone should do with their holdings. I cannot post private emails. I did one because people here needed a little feedback.

Jim said get the court transcripts, its all in there. I don't know what is in them, but we do know that Astrom wanted to get control from the onset of 30mn shares plus the cost of what he was selling the company for........we all know what that and this is about. If he could have sold 30mn from the onset, when the share price was moving up and if Jim would not have sold any shares until he could have unloaded 30mn shares that's is alot of money at .024 or .015 or even at .01.......he was looking to make a half million on this deal, just selling unrestricted shares.

Lets us not count Jim out or the businesses he owns and we all helped him to buy........He just needs to find a clean shell and if this occurs we will see what he does then with what has happened here. This is all we got to work with folks.

We cannot do anything about what has transpired here with this Astrom thing........I can tell you that Jim told me once that he didn't know Astrom and his background prior to getting this shell........this came later.

Phgi had lots of problems because John got one from him. He wasn't familiar with Astrom or his background either. 5mn restricted shares were put forth for private placement and 1mn of these got sold into the market. What role Astrom played in this is unknown because these shares were shifted around and the company never got the funds......the shares are now back under the companies control.

Astrom and friends and the attorneys that represent them are all corrupted, and would have to be to take them on as clients.

The regulatory bodies will have to put and end to them, the Sec and the NASD, and or the IRS or both. The Sec finally caught up with Usxp and it will with them eventually. The complaints against the Astroms must fill a file cabinet.

I am not gonna hit the panic or emergency button on this, the shareprice may swing wildly in any direction, but the damage is done at .0007.........and a r/s even cannot change the value of the investment one way or the other. A r/s of 50/1 will give us .035 and this is break even here at 10mn shares o/s, converting 1mn shares to 20,000. If he goes deeper and does 100/1 this will give us 5mn shares o/s and converts 1mn shares to 10,000 and a share price of .07 again break even from where we are at. What can change all this if there is a dramatic sell off???........how many will sell considering the share price already??
