No, they have not. Just the fact that someone may agree to take NWOG restricted shares as part of a deal makes me feel warm and cozy. :) BTW, we know that the main reason for the delay in SNGF acquisition was Malyshev’s attempt to bring the price down from $60 mln to $40 mln. I don’t know what the final agreement would be. If it’s $45 mln, this would more than justify the delay. I don’t mind to wait a couple of months more to save $15 mln. But, somehow I think NWOG will have to add some purchase power to that bank loan – up to $15 mln in cash. Maybe 100 mln shares is part of the deal? Unlikely (they wanted cash) but who knows… And I have a definite word from NWOG that in any case they are not going to sell shares on the open market, don't need to do this, and are able to complete the deal using their own reserves when the loan is approved.
