If midas is right, this is the exact same system they have in Cuba when you move there. I know because I have some friends who have gone there. If the foundation owns your house and they go bankrupt, you lose it. I wouldn't trust anyone who has never deliverwed on one promise to date and I sure would not turn over title to any of my assets to them. One would have to be crazy to do that. You had better get some legal advice from a good lawyer before you give these people a penny
