One point that I wanted to add here is that the hospitals have already worked out payment agreements for patients with the insurers and the government, so GSIEF and its creditors know how much will be paid to them when they take over the accounts.
It is not like a collection agency that has to discount the amounts owed to get paid. The amounts that GSIEF will get from a large percentage of accounts receivables is already set in black and white.
