Well, your scenario would be the best at this point.
Looking at the content of the website straightforward, I could assume that the deal is still pending - Cavasin's shares are in escrow. The fact they removed all news since Oct 2006 tells that the site is up-to-date, at least someone is taking care of the content. The fact that the FAQ section still states that Cavasin's shares are sitting in escrow is very positive. Probably, it is the only positive fact we have at this point plus no phantom shares off course.
