I may just write and article to mainebiz and tell them the story they ran was a lie.........The article was quoted by Jim that he raised the funds thru family and friends and sold a house and all this business to buy this company. He also stated that he could not find the accreditors to do it so this is the avenue he chose.

He told all of us in the beginning that this company was owned by him and debt free.

I the lawsuit had not been posted we would not even have known of it..........all this shady stuff was kept secret till we learned of it thru other means.

If we look at the share count, and we started with a million and average this to .0015 he has a minimun gained $750k.....
Its my belief that he raised that million and of all this money he couldn't buy this shell for $100k if that?.......Its obvious he never had the intention of keeping it......Its all been a scam.

Just another one to hurt this sector........for all we know it was a scam created by he and Astrom..........I would not put anything past anyone affiliated with Astrom after this.

It should be investigated from here on out who owned the shell before the new buyer or any shells out there. No one wants to get into anything associated with Astrom.

Jim kept this scam alive till the very end and all we have known from the onset that this company was built on lies.

I think Jim owes some money here or he needs to be privately put out of business.......no honor among thieves.

Now he takes no responsibility........He ends his Pr to contact Astrom.......

Jim is the focus and will remain the focus and Astrom does need to go down with him.

Astrom is not responsible for his actions......is this what the Coast Guard breeds?........this is honorable?.......this is his honorable departure.......contact Astrom with he full well knowing that Astrom has robbed shareholders of their capitol just like he has done.
