Amazing isnt it? The Company Umining Resources although mentioning the BUY BACK was Commencing with that PR.......never discloses the Current Share structure..

Never Discloses HOW MANY shares they were Buying Back.....??

Never Discloses the INSTITUTIONAL FINANCIER...?

and of Course the STOCK has tanked since that PR.......?????

Funny that they PR'd as FACT the ILLEGAL SHORTING ACTIVITIES? What a bunch of garbage.........

The Company has no REVENUE for starters to even buy back shares.......

They have not released the Name of the GEOLOGIST or Released the N.I. 43-101 like they said they were going to in june.

They have not Filed a Form 10 Like they said they were going too..

They have not Filed a Biennial statement with the Division of Corporations in the State of N.Y. which would show De Montigny as the CEO.......they have been requesting this Form since 2001 and UMNG/GLXI has ignored that request and not filed that simple form.........why?

The Claims the company CLAIMS to have apparently are not even the companies NAME? So it looks like those PR's were FALSE and MISLEADING as well...........

NO ETHANOL...........

NO URANIUM...........

A CEO WITH 2 NAMES.........

And a tanking PPS with no CURRENT FULL SHARE STRUCTURE available for all to see...........
