I'm not sure that makes sense to me... but I'm going to fantasize a bit. Let's say this buy/sell thang goes on for a few months, happily maintaining a .01 (or whatever) equilibrium until they have "approximately two thirds of the amount they require"... but not quite.

When its just about done, PBLS shuts off the spiggot but The GroupS do not. What happens then? ;)
