Not really wasting your breath....you of course are correct....but under the current circumstances my question is still a good one.....GZFX has given shareholders nothing to rationalize paying a higher price for!

So why pay more when everyone knows that every share that is being sold is diluting shareholder interests?

Given the fact that the company is in fact in default on their agreement with GGI (based on current share structure etc), and will have zero choice but to register more shares for sale and are therefor forced to continue to dilute why should anyone pay more than 0.0001 pps for shares????

Isn't that about what they are theoretically valued at with the current agreements and constraints?
