In the Center ring, the market rises, in the two outer rings, it drops.
Either ring is good, because a 500 point drop is JUST a "market correction" which means stocks are a bargin (sorry if you lost your ass........)
If the market RISES, That's good too, everyone makes money........
MIGHT it be brokers? or our insiteful president telling us this?
EITHER way is good.................because it PROVES that our economy is strong, just like AMERICA in the Middle East, (per Bush).
Just like the real estate market. Up or down, it's ALL good.......unless you've lost your ass...........or your life savings.
