It sounds like the SEC is on a fishing expedition trying to throw out a big net and hopes to catch something. If the SEC already has access to the records the DOJ seized in the first raid, it appears the SEC are now grasping at straws. Does the expression WILD GOOSE CHASE sound appropriate.
