The foundation is currently attempting to find away for those holding shares in retirement accounts to participate.

Understanding how our laws are designed to help people accumulate and preserve wealth is an issue that could use some research, imo

Assuming that the IRA problem is resolved, those holding shares in such accounts will be able to participate in the advantages that the foundation offers.
