Hi All!

I've been following this board since I discovered uWink in the beginning of April, and have finally registered. Here's a quick introduction in case it spurs discussion (since I believe I have a little insight that has not been discussed since I started following the board):

-I have been a shareholder in Nintendo (NTDOY.PK) since March 2006 (started buying at $17/share). If you have followed Nintendo, it has had an amazing run based on fundamentals, and is currently hovering around $62/share.

-I was so confident in Nintendo that it was 95%+ of my portfolio until April 2007. This was not my life savings, but it was still a hefty 700+ shares (hefty for someone in their 20's).

-When I discovered uWink, it was the first time I was excited about a company since I discovered that Nintendo was publicly traded. Since I didn't have any spare cash, I started selling some Nintendo and buying uWink in April.

-I got more and more excited as the franchise agreements were announced. I continued to sell Nintendo (while it was still in the low $40s) and buy more uWink. I am currently 60/40 Nintendo/uWink.

-These are the ONLY two stocks I own. I am such an evangelist about them, that I've gotten 5+ people to put money into each of them, and that count is growing.

So that where I stand. Two questions to finish:

1. How many of you realized that Nintendo is a public company and that you could invest in it?

I know TONS of gamers that understand the video game business better than most analysts. Yet they don't understand that they could OWN a piece of the company they love so much!

2. In one of Nolan's interviews last fall (if you ask me, I will find the source), he mentioned that he loved Nintendo's strategy to expand the gaming market, and that Sony has been very lucky with the Playstation1 and 2, and that Playstation 3 will be a failure (something along those lines). I completely agreed with him at that time.

Do any of you believe that part of uWink's success will ride off the coattails of Nintendo's success?

I certainly believe this is true.

Anyway, it's been great reading the posts here over the last few months. I hope to contribute as uWink machine continues to grow.

-uNintendo (couldn't come up with something more creative, but at least the name is distinctive :P )
