And that "it is not about the patents" tells you everything you need to know, IMO. The reason it is not about the patents, is simply that he is not with this compnay to promote the patents, or work with them (patents); he is here for another reason. In short, he let some truth slip out when he said it is not about the patents. What do you think he is here to do, clean up and then shut it down, IMO.
