When I first bought this stock, they did not have a lot of shares in the float, then all of a sudden it's over a billion shares (at least authorized). With all the publicity they took advantage of it by selling shares, and just recently increase the authorized shares again. This is a start up company and they do have a choice to increase the float or not -- and they keep increasing the float--bottom line.
