Not a chance that this is due to rules. These people know that the SEC is a big bunch of weenies who couldn't scare a rabbit out of the lettuce patch. This stock is slow because many people have reached their point of comfort as to how much to risk. There are others who would sell their children to get money for this stock. Unfortunitly people are not allowed to sell children. The result of that is no dry powder. Money will be made on this stock when the fence players get their feet wet. With no news I say about four more days for a big time move (Wed) but that's only me.
