I disagree, the volume doesn't tell it all...it is stagnant...

if a buttload of shares were being dumped...then price would drop and I would drink my self silly to ease the pain....

if a buttload of shares were being bought then the price would skyrocket and I would drink myself silly in happiness....

right now, the shares are doing nothing, no movement in either direction (ok arnold, I know we have been gradually declining in the past year, I get it, thank you for the constant reminder), so I am drinking myself silly in anticipation for either of the first two scenarios to occur...I hope it is the latter...
