They started all this, then they conceded to Marco's summary judgment but withheld the records demanding money, then when Marco moved to dismiss for a lack of jurisdiction based on Madison's own statement that the Court could not adjudicate the matter since no more controversy existed, they then flip flopped and said there is a controversy.
