Let me understand this situation, there is currently no officer in charge of this company, a hedge fund (cory) opposing everthing and a petition for bankruptcy by the shareholders it seems to me JMO that the shareholders bankruptcy will take first position as there is no company officer to oppose it and corey is a creditor with a dubious claim. If I am wrong her in my assestment someone please enlighten me.
