as a stockholder i don't feel that any questions are distractions. the company should have open lines of communications with stockholders as they are the ones who stand to gain or lose as the company prospers or fails. if a company makes statements that investors rely on and then things don't happen as laid out. then the company has some explaining to do. after all they, in theory answer to the stockholders.
